Thanks to God for all his [beneficence?] and for helping my daughter, also thanks to all my friends that have not left me alone in these difficult moments, I have no words to thank all your prayers and your words of encouragement, my daughter is still interned (in the hospital?) but out of danger and recuperating day after day. Once more: thanks for all to my God and to all my friends . . .

This is not a literal translation but maybe the feeling that you are trying to convey. My attempt in English:

I thank God for all His blessings and for helping my daughter. I also thank all my friends that I have left behind during these difficult times. I have no words to thank you all for your prayers and words of encouragement. My daughter is still hospitalized but she is out of danger and recovering each day. Once again more thanks to my God and all my friends.
