"para sí" - a little explanation

No acumulen para sí tesoros en la tierra....

Don't store up for yourselves treasures on earth....

I'd like a link or an explanation of the 'para sí' here. How does this become "for yourselves"?

It is used here as a personal pronoun. (reflexivo) himself, (f) herself (de personas) (singular) , themselves ; yourself, pl yourselves ; itself, pl themselves lo quiere todo para sí (misma) (plural)(usted)(de cosas, animales) -> she wants everything for herself se acercó la silla hacia sí -> he drew the chair nearer (himself) de (por) sí -> in itself (cosa)

(reflexivo impersonal) oneself cuando uno piensa en sí mismo -> when one thinks about oneself, when you think about yourself

"Para si" comes from "Para si mismo" which is for yourself. I don't see how a link would help more about this.

This is just a thought but....maybe Katy, it falls under the understood "you" rule in English. So the translation would go...(literally)...."Don't accumulate treasures on earth." the "para sí" might be used for emphasis on you-all and for yourselves (accumulation)....again, not 100% but I thought this would get the ball rolling....have a great one!! I'm looking forward to an answer myself...
