I have heard this saying:

En el país de los ciegos el tuerto es el rey In the country of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

For a literal translation, the (Biblical parable) phrase would literally translate to:

El ciego guiando al ciego.

or

Los ciegos guiando a los ciegos.

or

Es un como ciego guiando al otro.

Los ciegos guiando a los otros.

But I don't know if it these are sufficient for you.

The word " blind " is being used here to illustrate that one must be led by

leaders who are wise and knowing , they must be more proficient than we are

otherwise it will be a case of the blind " ignorant " leading the blind " ignorant.

Los ignorantes que conduce a los ignorantes.

Hmm, well seeing that it is a Bible verse (if that is what your directly reffering to), you could say something like "Los ciegos conducen a los ciegos."

I wish our old moderators were still here, they'd be able to give you a direct answer. :-(

  • Yes they would have and I miss them too. - Spenco Feb 15, 2012 flag
