ASK A QUESTION Having some trouble..
I'm having some trouble with not recognising some of these words from my mexican friend texting... "feliz dia pasatela super ya cuando ests aqui me dsquitare t ti por grocera jajajaja besos bay". Why Spanish so confusing, but I'm nearly their. Do you think you can help me by trying to translate it to English for me? I have asked some people on this site, but I need to know before Valentines is over in Mexico, and I don't know how long me and my love can text for because he picks difficult times.
Gracias mucho :D.

The reason this is so confusing is that this is just bad Spanish, with misspellings and texting abbreviations and no punctuation. While, I still consider myself a beginner at Spanish I will try to translate:
Happy dia (Feliz dia).
I already passed the supermarket (Pasa te la [el] super ya)
when you were here. (*cuando estás aqui [but estés = the subjunctive, which does not sound right here]
You have got my back (?) for groceries (me desquitar t? ti por grocera Desquitarse = support or I've got your back or something like that)
Kisses. Bye. (Besos. Bay = bye)
So, I am guessing what your friend said could also read, depending on punctuation:
Happy day. I passed you in the supermarket when you were (already) here. Give your support to me for groceries. Ha ha ha. Kisses. Bye.
I know it is hard to understand because, as they've told you, your friend is a common mexican who has no idea of how important good spelling is...
The translation (and correct Spanish spelling) would be: "Feliz día" = "Have a nice day"
"Pásatela súper"= something like "have a great time" ("super" here has nothing to do with a supermarket)
"Ya cuando estés aquí me desquitaré de ti por grosera"= "desquitarse" means something like taking revenge, so "Once you are here, I will take revenge for you being so rude"
"jajajaja, besos, bye"=well, that one is easy, right? "hahahaha, kisses, goodbye"
Can I give you some advice? Ask your friend if she or he could write the complete words without abbreviating, that might help.
Saludos Michoacanos!!! ojalá te sirva :D
