Ordering steak in Spanish

Question

¿Cómo puedo ordenar un bistec (steak)?

Quiero decir lo siguiente en español, "What kind of steak would you like and how would you like it cooked?"

Las preguntas pueden ser: "Que tipo de bistec te gustaría comer?" "Lo quieres muy cocido? o termino medio?"

Las respuestas pueden ser: "Me gustaría un (nombre del bistec), termino medio, jugoso, pero no tan crudo."

Neat post Paco, thanks for sharing! Also, here's an article (in Spanish) from Argentina on how to distinguish how well-done a steak is, from "rare"/"crudo" to "well done"/"bien cocido".
