ASK A QUESTION How can we ovecome our fear to start talking in Spanish?

Now that I have been learing Spanish since a year now, and somehow I knpw many vocabulary, I do understand sowehow the language but i have fear to try to express myself in Spanish. What is the best way to start talking without being afraid?
