The word 'quedar' is a good verb to click in on the dictionary search box.

Stay, along with other words like become, belong, keep, etc. are trickier in Spanish than English because they usually require more precise usages.
To say "Are you staying (any) longer", I would say using the reflexive quedarse más tiempo where "longer" refers to longer time.
¿Te quedas más tiempo? Are you staying longer?
La enfermera dijo: "No; ni por todo el dinero del mundo me quedaría por más tiempo. The nurse said, "No, for no money in the world would I stay for any longer time."

You could use the present progressive.....
Estás quedando por más tiempo.
