This will be my last post probably. Get used to the new Spanishdict, with a lot less native speakers.

A lot of posts and no one gets it 100% correct.

Hola Sanlee! Yo diría algo así, "Voy a tomar una siesta y esperar que todo haya sido una pesadilla."

• Hi Annie, notice the "me" before "despierte", and "esperar", the infinitive form of "espero". I left "esperar" in the infinitive to match "echar/tomar" (parallelism). If you have a better suggestion, I'm sure the original poster would love to see it. - StuartSD Feb 13, 2012
