Me podrian decir que significa marranera en esta frase?

- No te imaginas la marranera de donde vengo

Creo que es un dicho que pertenece a Medellin porque el autor es de Medellin.

Unfortunately, I don't know the city of Medellin but maybe "marranera" comes from "marrano". "Marrano" means "pig" or "dirty" so it refers to a place very dirty and without hygiene in a figurative sense.
