For nothing, you could say, "Nada".

For nothing much, you could say, "No mucho", or "Poca cosa".

And you? = "¿Y usted?" or "¿y tú?"

"Usted" is more formal. "Tú" is for a close friend, or someone younger than you (like an adult addressing a child).

Nada. ¿Y usted?

Nada. ¿y tú?

No mucho. ¿Y usted?

No mucho. ¿y tú?

Poca cosa. ¿Y usted?

Poca cosa. ¿y tú?

I think that is what you were asking.

I am only a beginner in Spanish. Any corrections are welcome.

A bit of punctuation would have made your question clearer. e.g. "Nothing! (and) You?" As it is, the only native Spanish speaker to reply to your thread couldn't understand your question (and would, probably, have been best qualified to give an authoritative answer.

Samdie is right. It would help if you indicate your language level in your profile, then people will know whether you need help with your English too, or just a gentle reminder to use correct punctuation and grammar on this site.
