How about: I know exactly what it feels like.

"Sé exactamente que se siente ver a un ser querido fallar" - I know exactly what it feels like to see a loved one fail. "Sé exactamente que se siente reprobar un examen" - I know exactly what it feels like to fail an exam. "Sé exactamente que se siente mudarse a la casa de ensueños" - I know exactly what it feels like to move into a dream house.

In English we might also say "I know exactly how it feels to..."
