I don't mean "about" in that sense, more like..... maybe the reason things don't work out for you..... maybe it's about disappointing people. Maybe you do that too often. Maybe it's about disappointing people.

Quizás se trate de decepcionar a la gente (though I mean people close to you)

Quizás sea porque parece que siempre estás decepcionado a los que te quieren.
