ASK A QUESTION Could you proofread this?
Hi guys! In this case I have to write an answer to a friend who has sent me and email saying that she is going to open a restaurant. So the redaction has not to be very formal. If you think there is a more natural way to say it or you have some suggestions, they are welcome!! THANKS!! ![]()
Hi Sara!
Your news about your new restaurant sound great!! I've always thought that you would end opening a restaurant. Your are really good as a cook and your husband has excellent skills to manage the restaurant. I'm sure it will be a profitable business! And, whose idea was to serving foods from different countries? It could be a positive point although it seems difficult to cook such a differents foods in the same kitchen... About your plans of coming to visit us don't worry, you are always welcome so you can come whenever you want. But... why have you decided to come to Spain? Do you like to learn how cook a paella maybe? You know I can't cook a fried egg without helping! But if you wish, my mum could give you a hand! Also, I'm sure my mum will show you some homemade food as you asked me.
Regarding a good local restaurant I'm going to recommend you one very close to here. It has many clients and everyone talks well about it. People say that its chef was working with Ferran Adria at his restaurant in Barcelona for many years. I was there last year and the food was excellent. I admit it was a little expensive but I have no complain about food. I don't remeber exactly what we had for lunch but I took a good impresion. If you are interesed I can arrange a meet with the chef. He seems to be a kindly person.
About your invitation, I appreciate it a lot but it will be impossible to be present. In July my brother-in-law get married and I will be very busy.
Finally, I hope your business goes well and remeber that if you need something else, call me.
Take care

Hi Sara!
The news about your new restaurant sounds great!! I've always known that you would end up opening a restaurant. Your are really good as a cook and your husband has just the right skills to manage the restaurant. I'm sure it will be a profitable business! And, whose idea was to serving dishes from different countries? It will be a good thing although it seems difficult to cook such different meals in the same kitchen... About your plans of coming to visit us, don't worry, you are always welcome so you can come whenever you want. But... why have you decided to come to Spain? Would you like to learn how cook a paella maybe? You know I can't fry an egg without help! But if you wish, my mum could give you a hand! Also, I'm sure my mum will show you some home recipes as you asked me.
