"Unas exclusiones quizás aplique." Or " Algunas excepciones pueden aplicar" or is it more common to say somthing else, im trying to think of how it would be worded on a sign in a store of spain. How would a spainard word it?

Lo gramaticalmente correcto sería: "Se pueden aplicar algunas/ciertas excepciones", pero sólo con ese cartel no quedaría claro a qué excepciones te refieres. Si quieres, puedes especificar un poco más y te digo cómo lo pondrían aquí en las tiendas.
