Volcar

to tip up, to empty out, to tip over, to overturn, to fall over, capsize, to dump

This is a very formal word. You can hear it on news or read it on newspapers, but it is not very common at normal speaking. I mean, if I want to express 'The ship fell down'. I would say 'El barco se dio vuelta', and not 'El barco se volcó'. (It also depends on who you are talking to)
