platos=dinner plates or dishes as in meat dishes, fowl, seafood, etc.
seafood=marisco(s) (noun)
So now you have to find an adjective form or use a prepostional phrase to say it. Try it.
platos de mariscos; platos con mariscos y pescado

Platos de pescado is how I would say it. There may be a better phrase, though.

I believe "mariscos" is the usual generic way of saying "seafood" in Spanish

Sea food= Mariscos. But you can also be more specific.
fish = pescado,
Shrimp = Camaron
