Hm, good one. I'm assuming you mean "delicious" or "tasty" as the meaning for "delicioso" -- i.e. related to food. (It can also mean nice, pleasant, delightful when referring to occasions or things...)

In English I think the best antonym for "tasty" would be "unappetizing". So in Spanish you could try "poco apetitoso".

Food could also be "tasteless" (as in bland) or if it really tastes bad, you could use an adjective for that (revolting, disgusting etc.). In Spanish, maybe "desabrido" for tasteless, or "asqueroso" for disgusting?
