How would you say "hospital stay" and "medical team" in Spanish?

Estadia de hospital = hospital stay
Equipo medíco = medical team

I have never heard quedarse used in the context of "hospital stay".
No, "quedarse" is a verb, not a noun, and it's not really a verb you'd use for "hospital stay" in any case.
And the other reply you gave, "equipo de médicos," for medical team, is also incorrect. "Equipo de médicos" would be "Team of doctors." The correct term, as provided by someone else in the forum, is "equipo médico."
