The first thing that you need to do in order to fight with daily stress is to know about the causes . First , working with children under four years old is hard and tedious ,for example some of them are mischievous; third, work under pressure due to the final objective is finish the anual program; last have a lot responsabilities at work or Icpna such as writting a.complete essay for your advanced classand research information about the topic you talk in class with your children are difficult activities .


The second thing, you should know about the stress are the consequences that have in your daily activities and life. First of all, we talk about psysiological consequences ; you can suffer from stomachaches, you need to eat food with low calories, you can have a strong headache during the work or your studies , you need to take some medicine,lose/gain weight, you do not have time to eat because you do many activitities during the day , and suffer gastritis, you need to follow the advice and diet of your doctor.


Finally, we talk about psicological;people suffer from anxiety due to the busy schedule have in your routine , you want to make a lot of things at the same time; you can develop depression because you lose a relative few days ago or you pass by a difficult situation at home, some people change your mood since they have problems with their parents, at work or your family.
