Hola Tania!
" Que harás" se segnifica "what will you do'"
Haras es verbo de HACER en futuro

Hacer se conjuga en futuro
yo haré
tú harás
él, ella, Ud. hará
nosotros haremos
vosotros haréis
ellos, ellas, Uds harán

sorry there is a mistake in "Hacer se conjuga en futuro"
and it's correct "Hacer conjuga en futuro" without se

Ahemd, I would tend to agree with your first statement better. Conjugar is a transitive verb. The se renders it intransitive. Without the se it demands a direct object.
