Is this the correct translation for "Imagine how you would feel."

Imaginate como te sentiría.

You just need the accent on the 'i' 'imagínate' to keep the original stress on imagina.

and then for the tú form of 'you feel' (sentir conditional) as Tosh pointed out you would need sentirías.

¡Imagínate como te sentirías!

Since you are giving an informal command (I'm guessing from your "te"), you would use "imagina".

I believe it would be:

Imagina como te sentirías.

Formal command:

Imagine como se sentiría.

If it is hypothetical and unlikely to happen, could it be appropriate to use the future subjunctive?
