Try ayudarnos. If you're looking in a dictionary, you'll find ayudar as a verb. The nos at the end is an object which would come before a conjugated verb but appends to an infinitive.

Also, da mustra probably should be demuestra. I don't think mustra is a Spanish word, and da is part of the conjugation of dar (to give). Demuestra means demonstrates
