Is the difference: (1)me cansé de ti > I got/was tired of you (2) estoy cansado de ti > I am tired of you.

(1)me cansé de ti > I got/was tired of you

I tired of you (I became tired of you). However, "I was tired of you" is "Estaba cansado de ti."

Your #2 is perfect.
