To agree with is to approve of something, ie, no action is required of the person agreeing.

To agree to implies that the person agreeing is prepared to do something, ie requiring action.

This to me, appears to be the difference

"[Something] agrees with [something]," where the first thing is an object, means concordar (La copia concuerda con el original). If the first thing is a person, it means estar de acuerdo (Estoy de acuerdo contigo que cuesta mucho). It can also mean avenirse.

"Agree to" means aceder or consentir.

So, in your example, using "with" means "Will you state that you are of the same opinion'" Using "to" means "Will you consent to do it'"
