Formal or familiar command in written instructions?

Question

I want to write what is allowed and not allowed while visiting a park.

Should I use:

¡No toques las flores! (familiar, tú command) or

¡No toque las flores! (formal, Ud. command)

HI mag, use the formal command, it can be used everywhere
