That is probably what was meant - try that in the translator and see how you go, if you can't make sense of what you get post it here and we can help.

Welcome to the forum. I will do my best to help you understand, but it is difficult beacuse this response is poorly spelled.

It looks like they might be trying to say "Sí, me gustaría ver si algunos me quedan. El jueves temprano."

It would mean:

"Yes, I would like to see if any are left over (remain). Early Thursday."

I must stress that this is only a guess as to what arguno and keand mean.
