How do you say in spanish 'God is my protector'

'Dios es mi protector' is absolutely correct, though not an usual expression in Spanish.

Don't worry, Spanish speakers will understand it and wouldn't suggest you otherwise.

'Dios es mi proteccion' is more usual in common language but not more correct.
