ASK A QUESTION Spanishdict.com dictionary : Umbrella
I believe the dictionary entry for 'umbrella' has a grammatical mistake -

Shouldn't the spanish say 'un paraguas' since 'umbrella' in english is singular? I understand that the spanish for the plural 'umbrellas' is also 'paraguas', but for this dictionary entry the english word is written in singular.

paraguas m inv , sombrilla =invariant (does not change with number)
un paraguas, unos paraguas
same with words like parabrisas, parachoques, limpiaparabrisas,
abrelatas, paragolpes, etc. [compound nouns]
I assume that you are saying that the title should have been:
umbrella = los el paraguas
