are there videos of a spanish speaker saying a short paragraph to listen to as a technique for training your ear to listen and understand spanish?

I can read and write Spanish very well, but am very weak on understanding when people answer me in Spanish. I need to listen to short stories or paragraphs in Spanish that have the translation written in English, may as a sub text to help me develop my "ear" for Spanish.
