Espanol? Catalan?

there's this word i can't find in any spanish dictionary, someone used it with me today. Maybe it's in catalonian? The person is from Sevilla and the word is cerdilla. What does it mean?

Are you sure it is not "Cedilla" which is the mark written under the letter C.

Cerdilla, cerdita they are diminutive of Cerda
Cerdilla mean slut, filthy (careless in manners or to dress; bitch and morbid woman)
