do we have to use que in front of sentences when we order or wish somebody something ?

example : que no vayais !

            que los compren !

No. That´s just for effect and usually indicating that you have already told someone something and now you are getting a little fed up.

Vete ..... Go!

¡Qué te vayas! (I already said) go!

In wishing something pleasant, a word is left off:

(Espero) que tengas un buen día ..... (I wish that you) have a good day

Indirect commands

Indirect commands are also used to convey a hope or a wish.
