"esparza" (what does this really mean...')

I am curious as to the proper term or phrase in spanish to represent:

"Do not broadcast bait".

(As in, do not spray a pelletized granule or liquid across the ground so it might contaminate non-target plants). This meaning should not be misconstrued as the same as broadcasting a message or TV or radio program unless these terms are the same (homonyms) in Spanish as well.

I have seen the phrase "No esparza el cebo". and am not sure if this is correct. I cannot find the word "esparza" in most of my reference materials
