I need to know what "Entiendes'" means as a question. Also, what "Que va!" means.

"Qué va" can be translated various ways, but means "come on!" in the sense of "you've got to be kidding!" "No way!" is another option.

As a curiosity, I find it worthy to note that, among gay people in Spain, "¿Tú entiendes'" is also used as a euphemism for "Are you gay'". Of course is not the usual meaning.
