No me gusta levantarme temprano. I'm talking about me, so I add me. No le gusta levantarse temprano. If I'm talking about somebody else.

No me gusta levantar temprano = I don't like lifting early
No me gusta levantarme temprano = I don't like getting up early
"Levantar" is related to the idea of using putting something or someone in a straight position, but you always need something or someone to use this verb. If it is you who is getting up, you are not lifting yourself or anyone else, so you need to use "levantarse".

The 2nd one is correct. Levantarse is what is known as a pronominal verb and so needs to have the pronoun, in this case "me", attached. The first "me" goes with gusta - it does not please me ... and so cannot go with levantar, at the same time.
