Looks good to me! In the 3rd sentence, though, You are saying 'Know that", when you should be saying "She knows that". All the rest looks fine! Good job!

I have also corrected some of the English. You wrote this in the rpesent tense so I have tried to keep it that way. There are instances where other tenses may have been more apt.

Se hace una pequeña herida en la rodilla. Sabe que Jaime ha hecho muchas cosas para ella. Al día siguiente con el caso esclarecido es posible que pueden pasar un rato tranquilo en la playa. Finalmente quizás se enamoren.
