I am in Mexico right now and came across a dish in a seafood restaurant that I thought would be a guava stuffed with cajeta and nuts, but the waiter held up a large seashell and laughed at my question. I didn't order it! Can someone tell me what it is? I can't remember the word gua' possibly ending in 'abe 'ate... THANKS

It must be "Guayabate":
