Is there a word for the translation of 'foreclosure' in Spanish? Thanks

When I was working for a mortgage company, the phrase I was using was ejecución (hipoticaria / de la hipoteca).

I've also seen "embargo" which can literally mean "seizure" according to SpanishDict.

The context was "5 consejos para evitar fraudes en embargos" which was translated from "5 Tips for Avoiding Foreclosure Scams".
