it's from a birthday card with a cake containing many candles: "Hijole . . . ¡no creia que cumplias tantos! "Hijole" is the only word that's unfamiliar.

"Hijole" is mostly used in Mexico. It's an expression of surprise… like "Holy cow"

-"Hijole, ¡Ya es muy tarde!" -"Hijole, ¡Qué coche más grande!"
