a scheduled shipment is late. The tardy shipper tells the recipient, "Hay demaciado retrazos". What does that mean please? Thanks Jeff

It means there were too many or a lot of "delays" spelled "retrasos".

Are you sure that he couldn't have said: "Hay demasiados retrasos" ?

There are too many delays.
