How would you translate "sign-on bonus?" As when, you first start a new new job and the company gives you a bonus for working with them? Thanks!

You could say 'prima por firmar el contrato' or 'bono por firmar el contrato' - I have heard it as 'signing bonus' in English. LOL LOL
