This looks a lot like Russian English to me. If you looking for the correct English form, try this: The problems are solved now but as you know, some always exist. But now there are fewer problems than there used to be. Now it is different because there is no violence.

English sentence more often than not use SVO: subject- verb- object.
You know [that] some problems always exist (no "s"), but there are fewer problems than there used to be.
It is different now....( In English, we use the pronoun it unlike Spanish where it is built into the verb.)
...because there isn't any violence. (being lazy we use contractions more often than Spanish)
