ASK A QUESTION Survey: Who is God? How did the world begin?
So, for a class that I am currently taking I was asked to conduct a survey and ask these questions. I figured I might as well ask them here and make it a way to get some Spanish practice too!
Who is God?
¿Quién es Dios?
How did the world begin?
¿Cómo empezó el mundo ?
What is your purpose on earth?
¿Cuál es su objecto en la tierra?
What will happen to you after you die?
¿Qué pasará después de haya muerto?
Feel free to answer in Spanish or English and corrections are welcome!

God is our all in all. He is our sustainer, creator, healer, provider, and so on. By the words of his mouth the world was made. He spoke and it became. Our purpose on earth is to serve and glorify Him. What happens when we die? If you are a blood bought, born again Christian, you will go to heaven. If you have never accepted Jesus as your Savior, you are to spend eternity apart from Him.
Hope this helps. Don't know enough Spanish to answer all of it in Spanish, but I'm working on it!
Jesus le dijo: Yo soy el camino, y la verdad, y la vida; nadie venie al Padre sino por mi. Juan 14:6

Mi respuesta es la misma para todas las cuatro preguntas:
No sé, y no conozco a nadie que sepa.

Are you in a religious school?, that's a very cheeky survey.
Who is God?
¿Quién es Dios?
How did the world begin?
¿Cómo comenzó el mundo?
What is your purpose on earth?
¿Cuál es tu propósito en la tierra?
What will happen to you after you die?
¿Qué te pasará después de tu muerte? or ¿Qué pasará contigo después de tu muerte?

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
Many races believe that it was created by some sort of God, though the Jatravartid people of Viltvodle VI believe that the entire Universe was in fact sneezed out of the nose of a being called the Great Green Arkleseizure.
The Jatravartids, who live in perpetual fear of the time they call The Coming of The Great White Handkerchief, are small blue creatures with more than fifty arms each, who are therefore unique in being the only race in history to have invented the aerosol deodorant before the wheel.
However, the Great Green Arkleseizure Theory is not widely accepted outside Viltvodle VI and so, the Universe being the puzzling place it is, other explanations are constantly being sought.
-- Douglas Adams, "The Hitchikers' Guide to The Galaxy"
A different version:
¿Quién es Dios?
¿Cómo empezó el mundo?
¿Cuál es su objecto en la tierra?
¿Qué pasará después de haya muerto?
I don't feel at liberty to answer the questions, as they are very personal and the answers would have an uncertain effect on this thread!

- Yes you are right. después de que haya muerto, although that's an ambiguous question, you could ask "¿Después de que haya muerto quién?. - Dakie Feb 21, 2011 flag

HI book, so do you need answers to these questions or just corrections on the post? Dakie and others have already supplied these, let us know, just in case I changed the title a bit to get you more answers![]()

Ok, so the purpose of this was to get answers, although I am grateful for your corrections! I understand that these can be touchy questions, and my goal is not to start some sort of an argument on this thread, I'm simply doing this as an assignment.
For people interested in such things, here is an article about science and the Vatican that appeared in Discover Magazine a few years ago. Some of the statements made by devout Catholics may surprise people.
