Seems to be a problem with the PM

Question

I went to send Ira a PM, and his PM function did not appear. At first I didn't think anything of it, thinking perphaps after all of the celebrating today we just wore him out. However, I now notice that my OWN PM does not show up, and I know that I have not disabled it.

Is this happening to anyone else?
