Hello, I need some native speakers to look over these, and see if anything jumps out at them as wrong.

(situation - mother is telling child to put on more clothes before going to school) Hijo: Pero mamá, no hace tanto frío.

(talking about eating) Nick: Voy a hacer de comer.

Please let me know if there are any grammatical errors in these. Thanks!

  • estaré - qfreed Feb 1, 2011 flag
  • Great, thank you! I have to ask... is "me estaré" here okay? No problems with it being in the reflexive? - jessui Feb 1, 2011 flag
  • If you are trying to say "I myself will be at you side" then it is wrong. Yo misma estaré... I don't see the point of it being reflexive. Where is the common object/subject of the verb? I am not a native, however, and you need to ask one. - qfreed Feb 2, 2011 flag
