Should I say " La letra A es en la palabra Avila o La letra A esta en la palabra Avila?"

• Canalla-Estar is used for locations of physical object Ser is used for the location of non-physical object (reunión, fiesta, etc.) I don't know whether the letter "a" would be considered physical or not in this context. - qfreed Jan 16, 2011
