This (condition) will not always be so. Esto "no siempre será así."
The weather in the city is generally mild, but it is not always so. El clima en la ciudad es generalmente templado, pero "no siempre es así".
The reason people are not answering, is because your english grammar is a little bit off. You cannot literally translate this phrases to english without the context.

thanks for the reply,
no siempre será así - not always be so
no siempre es asi - not always so
which would be the most correct translation for the meaning/phrase "not always so" in english, would either work ?
im trying to convey the idea that things are not always as they seem and that you shouldn't try to eradicate preconceptions, as well as to communicate the impermanency of all things - that they will not always be that way.
