Panificación only refers to bread-baking, not any other kind of "baking"... and it's an extremely weird word, practically never used...

Me gusta hornear (pan), as Tantawni said is pretty good...

That wouldn't work. You have "Disfruto horneando", but I'd go with Tantawni's suggestion.
