clan de ceja

Question

Was reading some comments by readers of a Spanish newpaper and one contained the phrase "clan de ceja". I think the context indicates it is a euphemism (nevertheless perjorative) to signify the liberal, "enlightened" wing of the social spectrum. Can anyone offer some correction or insight?

not really familiarized with the concept, where did you find this? You can't use a dictionary because that's not an actual word or expresion, is more like an idiom or a coloquial expression

Really funny, its an expression, in Spain, but you would probably need to be spanish to know the actual meaning, I think there is sarcasm involved, perjorative, probably, it depends (del cristal con que se mire) diría mi abuela
