C´mon is slang. In the case of "C´mon and Get my Love", it means "come here" or "come to me."
It other places, "C´mon" is can express frustration or disblief, too. If I say something really outrageous, my friend might respond "C´mon." In these cases it means "Don´t be so silly!" or "I´ve had enough of this!"

Adelante! alcanzate mi amor! C'mon! Get my love!
(Just an attempt at trying another way of saying the same thing.)

....órale, gánate mi amor...
This sounds like a good translation for the meaning of the song title.
