Hi! I'm new here, and needing some help smile I'm only starting out to learn Spanish, I'm going to Spain in July for the 2nd time and thought I'd learn a little more than just hello this time around...
A friend has given me this to work out what it says, si yo tu viera una estella por cada vez que pense' en ti hoy, tendria un cielo entero
All I can work out it to say is "if i your saw one estella by whenever I thought today about you, it would have one sky" and that doesn's sound right! lol
So um I'm asking for a little help if anyone could let me know what it says smile

I think that it should read thusly:

Si yo viera una estrella por cada vez que pense' en ti hoy, tendria un cielo entero.

That would mean "If I would see a star for each time that I thought about you today, I would have an entire sky."

Hey Karl, I think your friend hit the space accidentally. It should read "si yo tuviera" una estrella--(he missed the r too). " If I had a star for every time I thought of you today, I would have the whole sky. Very romantic! I think that would be a very good pick-up line in Spain !

Thank you, Sir William. This is the first time I have posted anything when I was sure I knew what I was talking about. As I was told when I was a youngster'when you get to thinking you know it all, you don't know anything at all!'
